For location more than 10KM from Karamunsing will have delivery fee charges either below/ above RM500 in single order. We will contact you for the charges as it may be vary depends on location.

 

 

For outstation area kindly contact us at 012 – 515 1342 for delivery fee charges.

 


**Kindly note that all bulk order or outside 10KM radius delivery / shipping rate is charge differently. We will state it in email or call you directly. Bulk order is an order that was purchase in a large quantity all together at once. Example : freezer, washing machine, dryer.

 

2. When will I receive my order?

 

Kota Kinabalu, Sabah

1. All order within Sabah will be deliver by our own delivery team.

2. All order placed before 11am EST deliver the same day depends on our lorry capacity. Order that was made after 11am will only be deliver the next day for KK & DIFFERENT AREA (Please refer to Delivery Rate for location rate).

3. If you have a specific date / time for delivery, please make sure to leave a note at the ‘Additional Information’ before placing order.

4. After payment made, you will receive an email with your order confirmation.

5. You will receive a separate email / phone call for any extra bulky charges and delivery address confirmation.

 

Sarawak & West Malaysia

1. All orders placed before 2pm EST ship same day.

2. Shipment will arrived within (4-5 business days) with detailed tracking information.

3. After your order processes, you will receive an email with your order confirmation.

4. Once your package ships, you will receive a separate email with tracking information and you will soon be able to log into your account to track your order.

 

3. How Do I Track My Order?

 

Kota Kinabalu, Sabah

  1. After your order been arrange for delivery, you’ll receive a notification via email / phone call from us.
  2. Our driver will call you an hour / 30 minutes before arriving to your place.

All order placed before 11am EST delivery the same day. Order that was made after 11am will only be deliver the next day.

 

Sarawak & West Malaysia

  1. After your order ships, you’ll receive a notification email with a tracking number.
  2. You can check on your shipping status and know when to expect your order.

All Top Kinabalu orders placed before 2pm in the afternoon EST ship same day.

 

4. Damages or Lost Order

Top Kinabalu is not not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the Sabah.

Any products damaged or lost during shipping, please contact the shipment carrier or our customer service directly to for further assistance.
